Indy Engine Group, Lead Lap Enterprises and former Richard Petty Driving Experience executive Marc Dailey announced the acquisition of the assets of Experiential Events Group (EEG), a leading experiential marketing firm with a nationwide presence.
Indy Engine Group (IEG), owned by Joe Kennedy, Jeff Sinden and Scott Jasek since 2001, has long been seeking an expansion beyond INDYCAR, where it has built its reputation of exceptional customer and fan experiences. Acquiring EEG provided the right opportunity on an even larger scale.
“As a motorsports and event company based in the Racing Capitol of the world, Speedway, IN, we have been searching for ways to expand into NASCAR and the automotive industry,” noted EEG Vice Chairman and IEG President, Scott Jasek. “With locations in Charlotte, NC and Auburn Hills, MI we have a great opportunity to penetrate the NASCAR and automobile industries.”
