100 Day Countdown Party with Fans on Friday, Feb. 16 To Celebrate Race toward 102nd Indianapolis 500
The race toward the 102nd Indianapolis 500 presented by PennGrade Motor Oil will reach top speed Friday, Feb. 16 – 100 days from Race Day, Sunday, May 27 – with the 100 Day Countdown Party at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
Fans will celebrate this milestone on the route to Race Day from 7-9:30 p.m. at the IMS Pavilion located in the Pagoda Plaza. For the third consecutive year, tickets to the free event were all RSVP’d for within a week of public availability.
Activities will include an autograph session with Indianapolis 500 drivers Helio Castroneves, Alexander Rossi, Ed Carpenter and Kyle Kaiser, a driver question-and-answer session, photo opportunities with the Borg-Warner Trophy, a Verizon IndyCar Series car on display, and remarks from Hulman & Company President and CEO Mark Miles and IMS President J. Douglas Boles.
The drivers, Miles, Boles and Hulman Motorsports Senior Vice President of Events Allison Melangton will be available for interviews.
