Molly and Abby … the Fast Girls

Fast Cars Fast Girls started in May of 2017 when Abby and Molly noticed a distinct lack of female voices in the INDYCAR world. After watching qualifications high in E-Stand of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway – this podcast was started.

During the 2018 INDYCAR season, the podcast partnered with INDYCAR Nation (the official fan group of the series) in a myriad of ways including; interviewing various individuals in INDYCAR as experiences for their members (such notable interviewees include Cara Adams of Firestone, Donald Davidson of the IMS, Gabby Chaves of Harding Racing, and free agent Conor Daly) and taking over the groups social media for race weekends. Additionally, the podcast has been the opening act for the Off Track podcast both for their Carb Day live show at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and their show prior to the ABC Supply 500 at Pocono Raceway.

The 2019 Season continued when the Podcast become officially credentialed media with INDYCAR. Live shows continued during Carb Day and the ABC Supply 500. The podcast also branched out to hold dedicated fan events the evening before races including guests from Arrow Schmidt Peterson Motorsports, Meyer Shank Racing, and AMR Safety.
MollyAway from the microphone Molly, a licensed attorney, works within State Government. When she’s not traveling for INDYCAR races or working, she’s a volunteer advocate for the Indiana Donor Network, an avid runner, and reader of historical fiction.
AbbyIn her “day job” Abby is an experienced critical care Registered Nurse, working here in Indiana. Her first introduction to INDYCAR was at the 1997 Indy 500, and she’s been obsessed with fast cars and black and white checkers ever since. Off the track and outside the hospital, Abby enjoys playing cards, water sports, and spending time with friends and family.
Another guest is being talked to if they might be availavble. Had to reschedule previous guest.

See you Tuesday evening at McGilvery’s Speedway…
