.

Dr. Mark, of Linden, Indiana, is co-founder with Brian Hasler of the Indiana Racing Memorial Association (IRMA), which exists to Celebrate Indiana’s Racing Heritage. Through its Historic Marker Legacy Program, more than 30 markers honoring people, places, and products associated with racing have been placed throughout the state since the organization’s inception in 2013. In 2017, IRMA recently received capacity building grants and has begun the American Racing Memorial Association (ARMA), which will implement a similar historic marker program nationally while fielding interest from abroad to begin an international version to honor Formula 1 greats.   An avid race fan, Eutsler has attended every race at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway since 1965. The 101st running of the Indy 500Ò presented by: PennGrade Motor Oil was his 100th consecutive race to attend at the Brickyard and the subject of an article on the Indianapolis Motor Speedway website.   He and his wife, Therese, have been volunteers with the 500 Festival since 1988. They have been members of the IPL 500 Festival Parade Band Committee since 1992. Mark has been a co-chair of the parade since 1997. The have also been volunteers with the Indy 500Ò Parade of Bands produced by the Purdue University Department of Bands and Orchestras since 1999. They are both members of the Indianapolis 500 Oldtimers and have been Indy 500Ò and Brickyard 400 Lap Prize Sponsors since 1996.
