Two NBC over-the-air network races highlight hectic schedule with five INDYCAR races across three weekends

After a strong ratings performance on over-the-air NBC a few weeks ago, the NTT INDYCAR® SERIES will be back on the “Big Peacock” for two of the next three races.

The GMR Grand Prix held on the 2.439-mile, 14-turn Indianapolis Motor Speedway road course will kick off a critical championship run of five races in three weekends with a noon start on Saturday, July 4. That broadcast on NBC will lead to the Pennzoil 150 at the Brickyard, the first-ever stock car race to utilize the infield road course.

Next up is a visit to the scenic Wisconsin kettle moraine region for a Saturday / Sunday doubleheader at the iconic Road America circuit. Saturday’s race gets the green flag at 5 pm and will air on NBCSN. On Sunday, the NTT INDYCAR® SERIES will be back on NBC for a noon start.

Closing out the hectic stretch of racing at the Iowa Speedway bullring is a pair of 250-mile races. The Friday and Saturday night showdowns under the lights will air on NBCSN and start at 8:30 pm.
