Hulman & Company President and CEO Mark Miles announced March 2019 that veteran sports executive Casey Lane was be named chief revenue officer for Hulman Motorsports.Casey’s portfolio will include sponsorship sales and servicing alongside licensing for the NTT IndyCar Series and Indianapolis Motor Speedway.“Casey’s track record of measurable and impressive success in partnership sales and integration perfectly matches the job description and opportunities laid before him here at Hulman Motorsports,” Miles said. “We believe he can effectively leverage existing and recently announced partnerships, further increase integration with our new broadcast partner and harness the brand power and impact of the NTT IndyCar Series and Indianapolis Motor Speedway to produce new and lasting partnerships across our enterprise.”Lane joins Hulman Motorsports after nearly a decade of leadership experience at Professional Bull Riders, LLC, most recently serving as senior vice president of partnership marketing following a term as vice president of corporate partnerships. He led a team that managed all partnership business at PBR, successfully building comprehensive relationships that spanned across television and digital properties, from league categories to promoter venues and beyond.As VP of corporate partnerships, he successfully struck significant sponsorship and advertising deals with major brands, many of whom currently maintain relationships with both PBR and recognized motorsports properties.“I’m extremely excited to join the team at Hulman Motorsports and begin working with partners and stakeholders to maximize existing relationships and create new opportunities across the paddock,” Lane said. “The NTT IndyCar Series and Indianapolis Motor Speedway are two unique and powerful brands with storied legacies and impressive reach that can connect with companies and consumers in compelling ways.”An incoming priority for Lane will be the continued seamless integration of new partnerships, including NTT’s series entitlement sponsorship, Gainbridge’s Indianapolis 500 presenting sponsorship and Speedway LLC’s fuel and convenience store partnership.
